Our “just in time” witness training is designed to prepare individuals shortly before giving evidence. It’s ideal for both factual (lay) witnesses and expert witnesses who are likely to face cross-examination in an upcoming hearing.

Courses are available live in person, live online and are available as half-day or full-day sessions, and are typically delivered one-to-one. Group sessions can also be arranged where appropriate.

This practical training is suitable for any witness preparing to appear before a court, tribunal, or other judicial or quasi-judicial body.

Online self-paced lay witness training course
